Walking with God

Many years ago I read a book where someone asked the question, "Is it possible to spend every moment with God - to always feel in his presence and be in constant communion with Him?"

The writer began a lifelong journey of trying to discover just this one thing. He chronicled each day, and after a period of time (I believe 6 months) the tone of the writers words began to change dramatically. It was if he was becoming more and more like Christ, and his words and attitudes began to focus away from the things of this world to the things above. People that used to annoy him suddenly became people he cared about and prayed for.

I started this blog to begin this journey myself. I am not taking a lot with me, other than God's Word. I must meditate in His Words and write them on my heart. It will not be easy, because I have a full time job and ministry...I am not a Monk on a faraway mountain top that can seperate themselves from the things of this world naturally. I want to learn what Jesus lived, to be in the midst of the storm and still have perfect peace, perfect timing, and authority given from the one above.

I invite you to journey along...not walking with me but rather walking with Jesus...as the Holy Spirit leads.

As I study, I see that we all need to take more pride in what God has given us. As we pray we need to pray with a powerful motive. God will be give us something better than what we pray for, since He wants us to be the best and wants us to make the right choice in life, since we have to live with it. He will give us what we ask, but if it is not the right choice, we will have to take the bumps in the road...Folling God is so important and not a way to try and fool God with, since He has kept score prior to our formation in life....May I end with this...God Bless.

Rember in life we are what we are and what we think with a strong process, can happen to us in life....Allow to stand tall in life and make your thoughs meaningful as other are watching you, all of the time..As Christians people even watch us closer in life. They want to see how many times we will fall. How many lies we will tell. Where we go and what we do and if Jesus was with us. Would we do it? No. So watch yourself as you live the life tht God wants us to live and do it well, since this may be your last chance before He comes to take us home to heaven...He is planning on you and God loves you so much, He wants you and I to do good in life and obey Him....May we all love Him and stay with Him all of the way....There is only one way and that is through Jesus Christ...

Keep yor eyes upon Jesus.....He never takes His eyes off of us....He has a score to keep with us, and when the day comes.....Are you ready for your score? Do we all match up for His return? This is why we must keep a daily check on ourselves and stay in the word and pray all of the time. Walking, while we are reading His word, while we are driving.....God has no cell phone and we do not need to punch #1 to get His attention...He is always ready for our call...God Bless

At the present time, we are sending a blessing to someone...God uses us when we do not know it...Keep a focus on His word and He knows our heart and even knows the next word I will say....So hope God is speaking to you as the Holy Spirit watches over us and takes the rocks out of the path so it is smooth for us to take the journey to meet others who love God......

Have you ever thought how powerful your words are? Just think how one word and make an impact on so many people in life...As the Holy Spirit takes hold of us, we speak and know that He will give us the message which someone needs, who we don't know....He knows of all the hurting people who are just waiting for that one little word.....Jesus is that word, and He will takecare of all for us....We have such a powerful God and always remember, when you hear the knock at the door, open your door for Jesus....He is waiting for you....He never gets angry about the long wait, so now is the time....God Bless
