What are you seeking?

Are you seeking after God?

Are you seeking after fame?

Are you seeking after fortune?

Are you seeking after position?

Are you seeking after material things?

What are you seeking after?

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Matthew 6:33

We must turn to God first for help.

All our thoughts first must be filled with His desires.

Everyday life demands so much from us.

We are living in a fast paced world, and our energy is consumed by society rather than by God.

Have you asked yourself the question lately:

What are you seeking or What am I running from?

We have lost some of our basic foundations because we have lost the art in seeking Him.

It is through those basic principles that we grow, and get strong in our faith.

God knows that we are not able to live a perfect life as He did.

We are in motion not to be, but to become.

He will tell us which way to go, if only we will listen to Him.

"And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left." Isaiah 30:21

There must be growth on the inside or there can not be any on the outside.

We must be rooted in God!

Our growth comes from God.

We must grow higher, deeper and wider in God to be able to conquer the difficulties that we run into.

Without spiritual discipline we can not grow in faith.

Disciplining ourselves can take work.

The Word of God should be our first priority!

When we get into His Word we will get our energy for the day, not to mention all the other things that it brings with it.

The more time that you spend in God's Word, the more you will grow and become like your heavenly Father.

Go ahead, I dare you to start today by giving yourself that spiritual discipline that it needs.

God has given us every possible opportunity to live our lives to the utmost.

God has given us every opportunity to grow as much as we want with His life and energy at work in us.

Growth is within our grasp!

"Seek ye the Lord, and ye shall live:" Amos 5:6a
