God gives unconditional Love!

"Every word of God is pure: He is a shield unto them that put their trust in Him." Proverbs 30:5

Do you believe that God's love is unconditional?

Did you know that the love of God has no strings attached?

Did you that we are the only thing that can stand in the way of God's love!

We can not have a true relationship with God unless we realize that He loves us no matter what!

What we believe we receive.

God is always present in our lives.

God is always pouring His love out upon us!

When we accept that He is always with us we are accepting His love for us!

God's love for each of us is unconditional.

He keeps His loving arms wrapped around us.

It is as if He is love sick over us.

It is as if you had been gone on leave, and have recently come home.

It is as if you have been gone and He has not been able to hear your voice for awhile.

This is how much God loves you!

He loves us so much that we as humans are not able to comprehend it all.

He does not care what you have done, He loves you just the way that you are!

God does not hold a grudge.

God does not look at or for your faults.

God does not keep an account of all your wrong doings.

God's love will meet you right where you are and bring you back into the loving arms of the Father!

Have you opened your heart to God's eternal love?

Love bears all things, believes all things, and endures all things!

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?" Romans 8:35

Do you forgive?

"And be ye kind one to another, tender hearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you." Ephesians 4:32

Have you been deeply hurt?

Most all of us have been hurt at one time or another.

We could safely even say that we have hurt someone.

Forgiveness is a hard thing to do.

The only way to accomplish forgiveness is through Christ.

It is humanly impossible to understand, and fully appreciate all that Jesus went through for us, so that we could experience that forgiveness.

We just have to know it, believe it, and claim it for ourselves.

We have got to come to that point where we forgive people who have hurt us whether or not we feel like it.

Forgiveness is not just a feeling, it is a step that we take.

It is a step that will heal those ugly wounds.

We do not have a choice to forgive or not if we are a true disciple of His.

It is a step that has to be done.

We need to let the past be the past and move on.

When we do not forgive we have a pain in our heart, it can effect our health - our spiritual health.

As we harbour that hurt in our heart, we are separating ourselves from God.

We will not experience that forgiveness He has molded for us with His death for our sins.

So when we deliberately cling to that hurt and pain, refusing to forgive then we are not believing what God did through His Son when He died in our place.

Are you willing to do for others what Jesus has so generously done for you through the cross?

"To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ;" II Corinthians 2:10

Are you a seeker?

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Matthew 6:33

How do you begin your day?

To me, my answer can be summed up in the previous verse.

This is the only way to start off your day.

Matthew tells us to seek God first.

It is as easy as sitting down with the Bible and having prayer time.

It is asking Him what His will for us that day.

It is putting God at the top of our priority list.

It means putting God's Word first and foremost!

It means talking to God about our decisions before we talk with our friends and family.

We are to talk to God before we make a rash decision based on emotion.

We are to seek His will whether or not we are in a crisis!

We can still call on Him in times of great need or stress.

We are to have that daily walk with Him.

We are to have an intimacy with Him.

When we do not have that intimacy with Him our lives will become out of whack.

It is through daily meditations and prayer that we start to have that relationship with the heavenly Father.

Though our daily meditations and prayer we are cultivating God's Word in our heart for that much needed time.

There will come a point in our life that we will not have to make ourselves disciplined it will happen.

We will no longer have to fight that battle about soaking in God's Word we will just do it.

It will become our first and foremost goal each day.

Our first goal will be we must seek the God, His Kingdom and His righteousness.

He will be that first step upon wakening up, as begin the first steps of a new day.

When we seek God first we will come to know the Lord more intimately.

When we seek God first we will learn to depend on Him daily.

When we seek God first we will learn wisdom, and discipline.

When we seek God first we shall know He is there guiding us, protecting us, and always loving us!

God has promised to provide for us.

As you start to seek Him you will find that His rewards are immeasurable.

Seeking God first is not just practical but a command from Jesus.

If you do not really know what God is talking about pull out your Bible and let God speak to you.

It might just surprise you.

Come and go on a thrilling journey with God.

You will always be satisfied.

Come to Him seacrhing for His will for your life.

Come and get lost in God's Word.

Let it permeate your soul.

Let God have all of you.

Start by giving Him five minutes each day, and you will be amazed.

"But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you." Luke 12:31

For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." Luke 12:34

Under attack?

"Behold God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul." Psalm 54:4

Do you have problems with people?

Do you live beyond your problems?

Do you have anxieties?

Has everything you done lately seem to backfire?

Do you feel that you have been attacked and let down by people?

What should we do first when we find ourselves under attack?

Most of us want to retaliate.

God does not want that.

He wants us to go to Him first.

We are called to pray first!

Take it to the throne and not the phone!

God will hear.

He has the highest degree of helpers that anyone could have or ever think of having.

He is the wind beneath your wings!

It is when we keep our intergrity when being attacked by people that the evil that was done will eventually return to the one whom has done it.It is not because of anything that we have done, but that of His faithfulness."

"He shall cover thee with His feathers, and under His wings shalt thou trust: His truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for destruction that wasteth at noon day.

A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come night thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most high, thy habitation; there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways." Psalm 91:4-11

Are you trusting in Him?

"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths." Proverbs 3:5-6

Are you trusting in God with all your heart?

Do you worry?

How often do you worry about what others think of you?

Do you ever wonder if your friend really cares about you?

Do you ever worry about wheteher your family understands you?

Did you know that if you worry you are not putting your complete trust in Him?

Did you know that there is a difference between worry and concern?

Did you know that when you worry it is a sin?

Worry is the immature way to do things.

Worry does not help anyone, it is self indulgent.

Worry only ties us into knots.

Did you know that so many Christians have accepted this sin into their daily life.

Are you one?

Did you know that when you worry it drains that life of joy that God intended for us to have.

Worry hinders you.

Worry will distract us from seeking God first.

Worry will seperate us from God because it draws our attention to our agenda, not His!

When we begin to trust and lean upon Him with everything it will bring us into a relationship far from that life of worry.

When we trust on God we are not relying on our own view point.

When we trust in God we are basically acknowledging Him and His ways!

In the Hebrew trust means to throw oneself down extended on the ground, giving all our cares for the present and the future upon one another while finding safety and security there.

"Casting all you care upon Him; for He careth for you." I Peter 5:7

A good example of this is found in Proverbs 11:28

"He that trusteth in his riches shall fall: but the righteous shall flourish as a branch."

Why do we trust in the riches of this world when they will fade?

Riches do not make one secure!

"Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom. Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not? For riches certainly make themselves wings; they fly away as an eagle toward heaven." Proverbs 23:4-5

This is where most of us go wrong.

We put our heart into getting rich, and finding that security that will disappear.

Riches will fail and fade away.

God will never fail or fade away!

When I talk about heart here we are not talking about that organ inside your body that pumps the blood.

I am referring to your inner man which consists of your intellect, your mind, your emotions, that is our conscience and our feelings.

We are to give God our total trust not holding back any of our mind, will, or feelings back from God.

We are to give ourselves completely, fully, and absolutely to Him!

We are to be totally His!

When we are totally given to Him our point of view will no more and it will only be His way of thinking.

When we do not trust in Him we drain ourselves emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.

We have all got to learn to lean and trust on Him!

God is saying, Why worry when you can trust?

When we trust we are acknowledging that we are not alone, that He is there with us.

We need to find our security and safety in Him

Trusting in Him!

We must come to let Him take care of each new circumstance as it arises.

Let Him take full control of the situation.

"Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the richman glory in his riches: but let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth Me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for these things I delight, saith the Lord." Jeremiah 9:23-24

Well I could have....

"As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God." I Peter 4:10

I have a little story to tell....

It is about a couple who have grown old, and are reminiscing about their old age. They were just talking about all the times that they could have done something great for God, but missed the opportunity because they chose to take the security of this world and did not listen to their heart. They did not take the time to hear and wait on God.

In today's society security is valued above most everything else.

The goal of "religion" is happiness and stuff that will give us pleasure.

Religion is not about what we get, or what makes us happy.

We are not called to have a religious spirit.

Jesus said, that He would that we be either hot or cold, for if we be Luke warm He would spit us out of His mouth. Revelation 3:16 paraphrased

We are to be about the Father's business, He should be all that we ever need, for everything that we have need of is found in Him. Read Philippians 4:19

We as Christians are called to take those unpopular stands.

We are called to come out of our security zones, and into God's presence.

We are not here to say well we could have had that, but rather remember when we did...

God will prove His faithfulness time and time again as we are obedient.

How much richer our lives become when we are obedient to Him.

I know that when the sunsets on my life, all that I want remembered is what I did for God.

I want God to have all the glory.

It is all about Him and giving Him the glory, that is what we were created for.

I will not have any regrets for making the wrong choices.

If we listen to what God has to say to us each day, then there shall be no regrets.

There will be no emptiness even at the end.

"I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well." Psalm 139:14

Do you wait with patience?

"That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises." Hebrews 6:12

Are you going through a trial?

Do you worry about what the outcome will be?

We must learn how important it is for us to learn to wait on God.

He will answer in due time.

It may not be when we think but it is always right on time.

When we patiently wait we are using that faith that God has given to each one of us.

Patience is a fruit of the Spirit. [Read Galatians 5:22-23 & II Timothy 3:10]

It is through our difficult times that we learn patience.

It is very hard sometimes to patiently wait for those promises that come from God.

When we learn to patiently wait everything will be worth while in the end.

When we show patience we are also giving a powerful witness to those around us.

There is nothing more fantastic than the joy and peace that we can have/get when we are patient.

Remember that when we are patient our reward lies just ahead.

The more that we exercise our patience we become stronger in Him and in our faith.

"cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry." Hebrews 10:35-37

Here I am send me!

"Also I heard the voice of the Lord saying;Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then I said, Here am I; send me." Isaiah 6:8

Here I am Lord send me!

Is this your hearts cry?

Do you want God to use you?

Are you willing to do as He has said, when He says it?

Will you go and do the work for Jesus?

Will you stand up for Him no matter what?

Do you ever say that somebody ought to do that?

If you have why have you not done it yet?

Being a a servant of God does take a little initiative.

You should be the one taking the initiative before some one else if you seen that it had to be done.

Yes, there are times that one must go to authority before proceeding, but in general we are to be about God's business.

It is if you wanted to have some corn, but you have not planted the seeds yet to get that crop.

The seed must be planted into the ground just right to get back a good healthy crop of corn.

If you just sit a dream about having that corn and don't do anything to make that happen, then what good is just visualizing about it?

God has called us to be doers of His Word.

"But be ye doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves." James 1:22

When we become doers of God's Word the we have put into action the vision and have set forth to accomplish it.

It is very important to listen and do what God has to say.

It is also equally important to obey what God is telling us to do.

Do you put into action God's Word?

Ya, know what Delerious has a new CD out called Misssion Bell, On it has this song...Here I am send me.

The songs talk about the difficulties of some of the prophets, but nevertheless they all said the same thing Here I am send me!

God will take what you give to Him and make something beautiful out of it.

I want to hear one thing when I get to heaven, Well done thy good and faithful servant.

This is my hearts cry.

If we can not listen and do what God has called us to do then what good are we?

Will you hear His say- Well done thy good and faithful servant?

We must be cleansed, confess our sins, and let God take complete control of our life.

If our heart is not right with God then we will not hear clearly from God.

God is only pure and holy.

If we are not right then how are we do be about His business?

Let us come to that place where He can send us to do as He wants to do.

Let us come to that place where there is nothing in our hands, or on our agenda but God!

What a marvelous place that shall be.

The only thing that will matter is what God wants, not our own selfish desires.

What could possible be more important then to walk with our eyes wide open?

Here I am send me

Show me a vision like Isaiah saw,

Where the Angel touched his lips
And he sinned no more.
Let me hear Your voice saying
"Whom shall I send?"
I'll say send me Lord,
I'll follow you till the end.

Show me a vision like Ezekiel saw,
An army of light
From a valley of bones.
Breathe life into these lungs of mine,
Of Your love divine.

Search light, burns bright,
Floods my eyes.
Invade me, serenade me,
I'm giving back my life.

Here I am send me,
Here I am send me,
There's nothing in my hands,
But here I am send me!

I'm in Jacobs dream seeing heavens gate.
Let me climb all night
On my ladder of faith
Wrestle with the Angel
Till my body is weak,
Dislocate my bones
For it is you that I seek.

Show me the light Paul Apostle saw,
When he fell to the dust
And could see no more,
Open my eyes, open my eyes,
Open my eyes, open my eyes,

I'm frightened what you will find,
When You open up my heart,
I'm walking in the light,
Cos it's light that changes the atmosphere.
So touch these lips that criticise,
And put a song in my mouth
That opens our eyes.
- Written By Delerious 2005- song on their Mission Bell CD -

Do you soak in God's presence?

"Whither shall I go from thy spirit? r whither shall I flee from thy presence?" Psalm 139:7

Have you ever been saturated in God's presence.

You have to enter into His presence?

Has your heart turned to the One whom saved, healed and delivered you?

We have got to get into His presence as part of our daily routine.

This does not mean that getting into His presence is a have to but a want too.

When we get into His presence we are be reverent for who He is!

When we are in His presence we can learn who we are in Him.

When we are in His presence we can be real.

When we are in His presence we do not have to pretend to be something that we are not.

In His presence we receive joy.

In His presence we receive peace.

In His presence we are guided with His wisdom.

In His presence we become strong.

When we come into His presence we will fall at His feet ready to do His will.

When we get into His presence we are concentrating on our relationship with our Lord.

We may have to work at it, but it is well worth it in the end.

If we have an undisciplined life it will not bear any fruit.

If we have an undisciplined life our relationship with the Father will suffer.

It will also have an effect on other relationships with everyone else.

We have got to learn to discipline ourselves to listen to God.

We will know His voice if we have been in His presence.

We have to get into His presence at all cost, so we will truly know Him.

We have to get into His presence each day and listen to His personal word for ourself.

Sometimes when we don't get into His presence we learn things the hard way.

This is why getting into His presence is so necessary.

When we are in His presence we will be obedient, and respond to what He has told us.

Getting into His presence is not an option if you are a believer, it is a necessity!

We must listen and obey the voice of God.

We must get into His presence to know and become familiar with His voice!

There is nothing more important each day than getting your instructions for that day before you start that day.

There is majesty and power as we fall down on our knees and give Him reverence that He deserves.

It is in His presence that we will become all that He created us to be.

One day we will dwell in God's holy presence for all eternity.

He is much more grandeur than we can ever imagine.

Get into His presence and let His world be your world.

Forget about all those pressing issues and let it be you God in His presence.

Let His glory fill your life instead of the world's glory.

Start offering your praises up to Him.

Come to Him with a sincere heart, and watch His sweet presence come and fill the room right where you are.

In His presence He will wash you, saturate you, cleanse you, and purify you!

"Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created." Revelation 4:11

I will praise you! I will praise you, O Lord! You are worthy of the glory and the honor!

Are your wells without water?

"Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation." Isaiah 12:3

Our your wells dry?

Do you need a little extra faith?

Do you need some courage?

Are you steadfast?

Do you need a renewal to help carry on?

Do you need to be more calmer?

How deep is your well?

"I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart." Psalm 39:8

Our heart essentially is our well.

Out of the heart the mouth speaks.

"Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life." Proverbs 4:23

The well spring comes from a man's heart.

Do desire God with all your heart?

"As the heart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God. My soul thirsteth for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?" Psalm 42:1-2

How deep have you dug your well?

When you let the buckets down and pull them back up again what do you get?

Do you get that life renewing strength or do they come up empty?

Do you carry on as usual?

Do you have a daily time of renewing and refreshing?

How thirsty are you?

Have you only dug a little and still are thirsty?

Have you dug deep enough to satisfy your thirst?

If your wells are not deep then you will still be thirsty.

If your wells are not deep then you will fly away with every doctrine and whim that comes your way.

These are empty wells.

"These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reservred for ever." II Peter 2:17

I don't know about you but I want to know that when in need I will be able to be refreshed.

I know in whom I serve.

I know that there is no greater distance between my heavenly Father than my heart.

Our Father has come to live with us and live in us.

"Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world can not receive, because it seeth Him not, neither knoweth Him: but ye knoweth Him; for He dwelleth with you and shall be in you." John 14:17

Come if your in despair.

Come if you are in need of joy.

Come if you need encouragement.

Come if you need lifted up out of defeat.

Come just as you are to the life giving water.

"And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not." Isaiah 58:11

"But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst: but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life." John 4:14

Is God dealing with you?

"For whom the Lord loveth He chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom He receiveth. ' Hebrews 12:6

God at times will deal with His people.

He chasten the one whom He loves.

He uses trial, and tests, punishment, problems and even disasters to draw men closer to Him.

Some of the problems that we face today we have brought on by ourselves.

Some things God will send our way just to see how we will fare through them?

It is what we must go through in order to have a better understanding of God's will in our own life.

It is when we choose to seek God that we will have that closer walk with Him.

The Master Blacksmith
"He beats us out upon the anvil of Days
And tempers us in strange and secret ways.
He heats us in passions and the joys
And happiness of life - such fire employs;
Then cools us in sorrow and the pain
Heats us, and cools us - then cool us once again;
Till if iron be good, He makes us men,
Or if iron be poor, He scraps us then
Perchance to try again another day
To temper in some surer, sterner way.
- Arnold Andrews

We learn from our failures and successes in life.

We don't always learn when someone tells us something.

We generally have to learn it the hard way.

From our experiences we learn the most important lessons.

It is through these tests and trials that we grow.

I know that sometimes we do not care at the present time whether we grow or not.

We have got to overcome that obstacle and prepare for the greater things in which God has for us.

'And being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross." Philippians 2:8

"Though He were a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered." Hebrews 5:8

"But Christ as a Son over His own house; whose house we are, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end." Hebrews 3:6

Don't fret because of the difficulties in which you are going through or about to go through.

It takes a tremendous amount of effort to climb a mountain.

The joy is what we get when we reach the top and look back, seeing all the difficulty we went through to get to the top.

It is through our difficulties that God develops us.

It is through those obstacles that we lean to trust totally in God.

"How in that great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality." II Corinthians 8:2

The Fig Tree

"And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons." Genesis 3:7

Ok, I am a reader.

I was reading this Bible book on trees of the Bible.

I just want to share some of the interesting facts that I learned, and some I already knew.

No one is beyond learning.

I feel that we all should learn something new each day.

Books can take you anywhere you can to go.

You can get lost in a book.

The Bible is the best book to get yourself lost in.

Many times God used trees to convey to the prophets spiritual lessons that He wanted others to learn.

The fig tree was used many times in reference by our Lord Jesus.

Most of us already know that the fig tree symbolizes peace and prosperity.

And Judah and Israel dwelt safely, every man under his vine and under his fig tree, from Dan even to Beer-sheba, all the days of Solomon." I Kings 4:25

The fig tree was also used to help teach moral lessons.

Read Jeremiah 24:1-10

Some people think that the forbidden fruit is that of the fig tree.

Jesus used the fig tree on more than one occasion when He was trying to make a point.

Read Luke 13:6-9 & Matthew 11:13-14, 20-21 - These are just a few.

The fig tree was used by the prophets to warn us of sin, pride and adultery.

The fig tree was the very first tree mentioned in the bible.

Adam and Eve did clothe themselves with it's leaves.

Figs were a staple food back in Biblical days.

"And they gave him a piece of a cake of figs, and two clusters of raisins:" I Samuel 30:12a

Fig trees held out a hope of peace.

Fig trees held out a hope of prosperity.

"But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the Lord of hosts hath spoken it." Micah 4:4

Fig trees were considered precious.

Figs were also used to treat boils.

"For Isaiah had said, Let them take a lump of figs, and lay it for plaister upon the boil, and he shall recover." Isaiah 38:21

Fig trees from the very beginning the fig tree has played an important part in our life.

Are you running from God?

"I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart." Psalm 119:32

Have you been running from God?

Have you tried to discipline yourself, but get no where?

Have you lost all your enthusiam?

Are you always looking for another excuse not to spend time in His presence?

Is your agenda so busy that you have no room for God?

Is it impossible for you to find the time to sit down and be still before God?

No matter what the situation God is still right beside you.

He never left.

We are all facing the same obstacles.

We as Christians should be the ones who stand out by our actions, and deeds.

I am not saying that we are to go around telling everyone what we are doing or going to do.

Our actions should speak for us!

No matter what pressures we face, we should be able to stand on our faith, and get into God's presence to help pull us through.

How can we have a relationship with Him if we never get into His Word or his presence?

We can't, it is just that simple.

We need to take the time to listen to Him.

We need to wait on Him if we do not hear from Him right away.

Even when we do not feel like being pushed out of the nest just yet, God will gently push.

He will take that worldy security away, so that you can rely totally upon Him.

He will never fail you!

He will never forsake you!

God has proved His faithfulness over and over again.

We just need to take the time to realize it.

God is calling you, nudging you and drawing you closer to Him.

God is our experienced guide.

He can see a lot farther down the road on our journey than we can.

He wants us to be all that we can be.

We can only do that when we yield oueslves to Him.

We need to have that time of intimacy with Him.

We need not run from God but to God.

Come go on a deeper journey than ever before.

Come and have a fellowship that will never end only get better as time goes on.

Come on this journey that will be the highlight of each and every day.

Come on this journey and get healed, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Come and let this journey continue on even beyond this lifetime into eternity.

Come let Him anoint your mind, soul, and body.

Come and receive all that He has and wants to give to you.

Come and let that excitement be stirred up in your heart.

Come and let Him touch you through His Word.

Come and be filled with the joy of His presence.

Come and let Him fill that void in your hungry heart.

"Holding forth the Word of Life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain." Philippians 2:16

"Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us." Hebrews 12:1

Are you walking with God?

"He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to have mercy, and to walk humbly with God." Micah 6:8

Are you walking with God?

Does your world seem to be more shattered than before?

Are you trying to gain guidance and influence from God in your daily life?

Do you walk in fear?

"Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee." Isaiah 26:3

There is a place to get daily help each and every day.

When you start reading God's Word it will help provide counsel and encouragement.

Whether or not you know it Jesus walks beside us each and every day.

He is there to help open our eyes to see, our ears to hear, and our hearts to receive what He has for us.

We do not need to try to make sense of what the world always does, or why something has happened to us or someone close to us.

God has a plan and a purpose for each one of us to fulfill.

Truths will come and go, things will be shaken, but God's Word will not be shaken, it will always stand.

Are you grounded in God's Word?

In today's society, truly walking with God is not easy.

There is no more universal truth.

Most of us occupy our time and thoughts with material possessions and worldy pursuits.

We can not simply bear the thought of standing just like we are in front of the Father.

Adam and Eve were the first to feel this way.

They ate the forbidden fruit of the tree of knowledge.

Adam and Eve hid in the garden because they were naked.

"And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden. And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? And he said, I heard a voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself." Genesis 3:8-10

It is still the same today.

God is calling you!

"Where are you?"

Are you hiding from God?

Have you separated yourself from God?

God does not care what you done or what has happened in the past.

He loves and cares for you.

Jesus knew what it felt like to be stripped of everything.

He was stripped before friends, enemies, family and God.

He died upon the cross of shame.

The cross is the triumph of good over evil.

The cross which was the symbol of the lowest shame became the highest glory!

The cross reminds us that we are not alone.

We are all frail and fragile.

We are all joined together by our seeking.

Seeking for the presence of God.

Jesus was one of the most passionate seekers.

He laid the foundation for all of us.

God plays hide and seek.

Sometimes He hides so that we can seek Him out.

He wants us to seek Him out.

When we get in His Word we are looking to see what He has to say to us.

It is the same in His presence.

Why would not one want to have that experience with Him?

God is love.

God is waiting on you.

Don't turn your back and give up.

God is waiting on you.

Patiently waiting for you.

He wants to spend some time with you!

Do you have the time for Him?

No matter what you have done, or said, God still believes in you!

We all do so many stupid things, crazy and irrational things, but God keeps right on believing in you!

We are all called to walk with God at home, at work, wherever our journey should take us.

"That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto His kingdom and glory." I Thessalonians 2:12

Do you have true love for God?

"If our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning firery furnance, He will deliver us out of your hand, O king. But if not, let it be known unto you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image which you have set up!" Daniel 3:17-18 Amplified Bible

Have you ever been pressured to do something that you just don't want to do?

Did you stand or did you waver?

Did you give in?

Do you choose to be faithful to God no matter what?

Do you claim to follow Him, but reject Him in word and deed?

How would you handel it had someone come and told you to bow down or die?

Would you obey or disobey God's Word?

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abendnego did not waver.

King Nebuchadnezzar made a giant golden statue of himself and had ordered everyone to worship it.

"And that whoever does not fall down and worship shall be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnance." Daniel 3:11

Don't you know that they would not give in.

It was there true love for God.

They had chosen to be faithful to Him no matter what.

They were determined to serve their God and only their God.

They did not care about the consequences.

Their faith stood in the gap between their circumstances and their intergrity.

If God always rescued those that were true to Him, then there would be no need for faith to believe in Him.

We as Christians need to have faith in our God whether or not He moves in our behalf.

We have a far much better reward in heaven may we have to endure suffering down here on earth.

It is all so easy to talk, sing, and say that we love our Lord and Savior, but how many live it?

The real test of our loves come in will be obey God no matter what?

It does not matter where you are, who you know, or don't know, it is are you going to obey and be faithful?

Ya know, even though Shadrach, Meshach, and Abendnego would not bow down, they were thrown into that firery furnance.

The heat alone from that furnance killed the one who put them in.

While in the firery furnance, they had been found a fourth man.

All four of them were just walking around in the furnance.

The fourth man was the Son of God.

He had come to save them, because of their obedience for His Word.

God accompanied these faithful men during their trail.

Go will do the same for you today!

They had glorified God and was rewarded and protected.

Not even one hair on their head was scorched.

The fire had no power upon their bodies.

Their garments were not scorched, nor turned colors, or condition.

They did not even have the smell of smoke on them!

The only thing that had burned was the rope in which they were bound with.

God's protection far out weighs what we can ever think or imagine.

There is no human here on earth who can bind us if God wants us to be free.

We can have that power that Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego walked with.

That power was not for just then, but it is for today.

We need to trust and obey.

Because Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego obeyed God, Nebuchadnezzar made a decree that no one should speak amiss of their God.

Nebuchadnezzar was acknowledging that their God was powerful.

Although Nebuchadnezzar did not fall and worship God, He did gave a respect for Him.

Do you have that loyalty towards God?

Do you believe in Him?

Do you rely on Him?

Do you trust in Him?

Do you love Him?

It does not matter what people do to you if you have that love for God on the inside.

It does not matter how people treat you.

If we are to be like Him we must also take the punishments that come out way.

"If the world hates you, know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you belonged to the world, the world would treat you with affection and would love you as its own. But because you are not of the world [no longer one with it],but I have chosen [selected] you out of the world, the world hates [detests] you. Remember that I told you, a servant is not greater than his master [not superior to him]. If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you; if they kept My Word and obeyed My teachings, they will also keep and obey yours. But they will do all this to you [inflict all this suffering in you] because of [your bearing] My name and on My account, for they do not understand the One Who sent Me." John 18-21 Amplified Bible

"How great are His signs! And how mighty His wonders! His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and His dominion is from generation to generation." Daniel 4:3; Daniel 7:13-14; Luke 1:31-33 Amplified Bible

Are you hot or cold?

"So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of my mouth." Revelation 3:16

Does God have you undivided attention?

Do you serve God half heartedly?

Do you do things reluctantly?

How is your heart towards God?

We as Christians are not to be about God's business half heartedly.

We are to on fire for God.

When we have faith in God, and do what He says then we are on fire for Him.

It is like that fire that is shut up in our bones.

"Is not My Word like fire? saith the Lord," Jeremiah 23:29 a

We have to do what He has called us to do.

We want to do what God wants us to do.

There are no and, if's or but's about it.

Our devotion is to God and God alone.

We are to have our devotion to the worldly things.

We need to let God enlarge our hearts.

It doesn't matter what the world may say.

God will give you the strength to pull through anything that will come your way.

We should not mock God.

We need not have half hearted prayers.

God wants us to be serious.

God wants us to be sincere.

There is no room , or time to be playing church.

God is coming back for a bride that is ready.

That bride is the church.

We are the church.

The body of believers.

If you are playing without a full deck, you are not playing at all.

God wants all of you.

God doesn't want you just part time.

God doesn't just want you when you feel like it.

God wants you even when you don't feel like it.

God wants your whole heart.

God doesn't want to be just tucked away in the back of your mind.

He made us for His pleasure.

He made us so that we could enjoy Him.

"Thou hast made us for Thyself, O Lord; and our heart is restless until it rests in thee."
-St. Augustine 354-430
