Do you live a life of Integrity?

"Can clean water and dirty water both flow from the same spring?" James 3:11 Contemporary English version

In one's life there are many circumstances/trials that are beyond one's control.

You can't control the weather, the stock market, whether or not someone likes you, when you die, and so on...

There is one thing that all of us have control over and that is our value system, our integrity.

If you want your life to change, then you have to change your choices.

Life changes everyday, but you should not change your values to please others.

Your life should not be two different lives.

Your morals, your ethics, how you treat others should not change from one situation to the next.

We are not to be a wishy washy people.

We are called to stand upon those firm foundations in Christ.

We must seperate our past from the present, and move forward.

Have you surrendered your soul, your mind, your will and emotions to God?

Let Him give you His grace to see and choose the more excellent way.

How do people see you?

Do you act one way at church, then as soon as you leave or maybe even in the parking lot, do you drop your guard and act another way?

Do you do what others do?

Do you do what God wants you to do?

As His representative we are called to show forth His character in everything that we do.

The Creator, Himself is living on the inside of us.

It all starts on the inside.

Are you right on the inside?

What is on the inside will show up on the outside.

We must realize that God sees everything.

What we do in secret will eventually come out in the open, whether it be good or bad.

God tells us to live by the golden rule.

When one lives with integrity your life will speak volumes that words could never do.

It will show from your speach, your dress, your actions, the way we treat others.

Is your life filled with integrity?

"But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct." I Peter 1:15 New King James Version
