A Song of Thankfulness...

"O come let us sing unto the Lord: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. let us come before His presence with thanksgiving and make a joyful noise unto Him with psalms. For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above All gods." Psalm 95:1-3

Could you sit down and write a psalm of thankfulness to God?

A Psalm is a sacred song. It is holy and dedicated to a person or purpose and is regarded with reverence (a deep respect and awe).

Sounds to me like it would be a song from one s heart to the Lord.

What is the Song in your heart singing?

Is it praise n worship or adoration for God?

Or

Are you singing a song for the world?

What is in your heart?

What is in your heart will come out.

"Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life."
Proverbs 4:23

What is in your heart?

Would it be easy for you or would you hafta work at writing a Psalm?

"Sing unto the Lord a new song; Sing to the Lord all the earth. Sing to the Lord, bless His name; Proclaim good tidings of His salvation from day to day. Tell of His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all the peoples. For great is the Lord and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods. for all gods of the peoples are idols, But the Lord made the heavens. Splendor and majesty are before Him, Strength and beauty are in His sanctuary." Psalm 96:1-6 New American Standard
